Your order is not accepted until Millenia Spec confirms acceptance and payment has been successfully processed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because many products are made to order, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation or modification requests once production has begun.

If we decline, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided at the time the order was placed.

Returns, refunds, replacements, and order issues are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, lost, or significantly delayed, please contact us so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

Millenia Spec’s name, logo, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or intellectual property of Millenia Spec or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

Shopify’s name, logo, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Shopify.

All other names, logos, product names, and trademarks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

Millenia Spec is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

However, sales and purchases made through our store are made directly with Millenia Spec.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Millenia Spec and is not responsible for the fulfilment of those purchases.

To the extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising solely from purchases and transactions made directly with Millenia Spec.
