SHIPPING POLICY

At Millenia Spec, each piece is made to order and professionally produced specifically for your purchase. Please allow time for both production and shipping when placing your order.

Order Processing & Production

Because our artwork is made to order, your order must be produced before it can be shipped.

Production times may vary depending on the product, size, order volume, and production facility. Estimated delivery information provided at checkout includes the most current information available at the time of your order but is not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when tracking is available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is charged separately from the product price.

Shipping costs are calculated based on factors such as the product ordered, canvas size, delivery destination, and available shipping method. Your applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Larger and oversized artwork may have significantly higher shipping costs due to the size and handling requirements of the package. Please review the shipping total shown at checkout before placing your order.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product ordered, the production facility, and the shipping carrier.

Any delivery dates or transit times shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, customs processing, peak holiday periods, production volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Tracking

When tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also affect estimated delivery times.

Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at milleniaspec@yahoo.com.

Because orders may enter production shortly after purchase, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been submitted.

Additional shipping or replacement costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows an unusual delay or you believe your package may have been lost in transit, please contact us at milleniaspec@yahoo.com with your order number.

We will review the shipment information and work with our fulfilment and shipping partners to determine the appropriate next steps.

Damaged Orders

Please inspect your artwork when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at milleniaspec@yahoo.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect orders will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Multiple Packages

If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally be produced or shipped separately. As a result, portions of the same order may arrive at different times.
